Greenhouse (whose doormen Metromix just named “the hands-down rudest in the five boroughs,” thanks to their habit of pushing bottles on line slaves that cost as much as $35K) won’t be the only ecofriendly nightclub in town. A D.J. on Yahoo’s NY Happenings newsgroup reports that Williamsburg’s Supreme Trading is poised to reopen as “a 5,000 square foot area with Turbo sound, brand new wood floors, lighting, and also Green features!” An invite to a pre-opening party on March 25 indicates that the owners have “blown out the wall, and made the space much bigger.” Big enough that there’ll be skateboarding! Expect the venue to open next month.
