Lineage’s Jeremy Sewall Consulting at Eastern Standard

Eastern Standard executive chef Marco Suarez is out and, while his replacement is being found, Lineage chef Jeremy Sewall is consulting at the restaurant. Says restaurant spokesperson Marlo Fogelman, “Rather than bring on another exec chef immediately, ES owner Garrett Harker choose to bring in his longtime friend Jeremy Sewall, to help w/ the transition and educate his kitchen staff with the goal of bringing the back of the house to the same level as is the renowned front of the house.” Lineage is, of course, known for its seafood, so look for an improvement in Eastern Standard’s fish dishes especially.
