Le Bernardin wine director Aldo Sohm — a.k.a the “Best Sommelier in the World” since winning a global competition in Rome last year — has introduced a spring series of wine classes and pairing dinners at the Salons Bernardin (155 West 51st Street, near Sixth Avenue).
