West Village restaurateur Cobi Levy e-mails to say that he’s looking for servers at Charles, his still-invite-only restaurant on 10th Street (where John Delucie is the consulting chef). Because there aren’t a whole lot of ways into the restaurant if you don’t know one of the owners, perhaps Mr. Levy’s offer will be of interest to some: “High profile restaurant in West Village is currently seeking strong Front Waiters. Candidates must have experience in fine dining establishments. We are looking for young, hard working, motivated, and diligent individuals. Restaurant is only open for dinner.
