Dinner With Some Out-of-Towners

The James Beard Foundation is corralling some top chefs, including Beard Award winners from elsewhere in America, to cook for a Sunday Supper on Sunday, March 29. Per a release, “40 acclaimed chefs from around the country will transform Chelsea Market’s 400-foot concourse into one long ‘supper table,’ serving a farm-to-table, multi-course dinner for 250 guests. Tickets cost $220 for the public and $176 for James Beard members with proceeds benefiting the James Beard Foundation and the Robert Fulton House’s Culinary Scholarships.
