Big Apple Barbecue Block Party Returns

Yeeeee-haw, the dates of the Big Apple Barbecue Block Party have just been announced this year, were looking at June 13 and 14, with operating hours stretching two hours longer, from 11 a.m. till 7 p.m. $100 Fast Passes are on sale at the events site. As usual, Danny Meyers folks are promising speedier service (we can only hope). New to the meat fest are Drew Robinson of Jim N Nicks Bar-B-Q in Birmingham, Alabama (hell be smoking sausage), and Patrick Martin of Martins Bar-B-Que Joint in Nolensville, Tennessee (doing whole hog). Notably absent, again, is Adam Perry Lang and we had hoped Robbie Richter and Zak Pelaccio would use the event to showcase some Fatty Cue dishes. Ah well, the out-of-town talent should make up for it. As always, remember our rules for pigging out at the party. The full roster follows.
