Serious Eats interviews Rhonda Kave of Roni-Sue’s Chocolates (whose butterscotch we love), and although she reveals she might bring back the failed gazpacho truffle one day (please, Rhonda, don’t), she doesn’t say much about her new store in the Essex Street Market that Blondie and Brownie get a glimpse of.
