Gabrielle Hamilton has finally posted the aforementioned Valentine’s menus on Prune’s website and yeah, we’re totally jealous that the place is beyond booked. Hamilton is offering a choice of six three-course meals based on her romantic reminiscences — for instance, the “Ferry Boat, Bosphorous, Istanbul 1985” menu features a dish of toasted manti, garlic yogurt, and urfa-pepper butter. By the way, the restaurant has a consolation prize for you if you don’t have a reservation — it’ll be open for brunch on President’s Day.
