Atlas Café owner Walid Hammami soft-opened his new venture, Absinthe Wine Bar, a few weeks ago, but brunch service begins tomorrow. The East Village spot serves small plates for dinner (the grilled lamb slider is worth a try), but the brunch is $11 for food, juice, and coffee, and an extra $9 for “unlimited” drinks of the mimosa-sangria-bellini variety. Sounds like trouble on a budget! We’ve got the menu after the jump.
