Minetta in March

Last we heard, the Minetta Tavern was waiting for gas, but a Post roundup of nosh-talgic restaurants puts the opening date at March 12. In addition to the La Frieda burger, the roasted marrow bones, and the crispy pigs trotters we heard about before, there will be fried frogs legs, le cte de boeuf for two, and a cocktail list combining vintage 19th-century tipples and more modern interpretations.
