Jaume Reixach of Mercat gives us another precious detail about Cap I Pota, the Williamsburg project he’ll open in the spring: “The restaurant will be on Grand Street right off the waterfront in a big old warehouse space we’re fixing up.” The name, if you’re wondering, is Catalan for calf's head and feet, or headcheese. We can only assume the namesake dish will be on the menu.
