Aureole tells us it’ll be featuring a V-Day menu consisting solely of new chef Christopher Lee’s dishes. While you’re checking it out, you might also want to peruse the new seven-course, $135 tasting menu (another chance to see what Lee is up to) as well as the dinner menu, which is now about 75 percent Lee’s (we’re told he’s finalizing it within the next weeks).
