The latest webisode of Bickering Foodies on Devour.tv (which also just launched a short Daily Showesque program, Food News) is a delightful squirmfest. Cookbook author and grande dame of food writing Barbara Kafka sits down with Wylie Dufresne and takes a big steaming one all over molecular gastronomy. On Wylies pickled sweet potato, to his face: I actually dont like that. I have a feeling that theres more concept in that sweet potato than there is gratification, except intellectually.
