The latest webisode of Bickering Foodies on Devour.tv (which also just launched a short Daily Show–esque program, Food News) is a delightful squirmfest. Cookbook author and “grande dame of food writing” Barbara Kafka sits down with Wylie Dufresne and takes a big steaming one all over molecular gastronomy. On Wylie’s pickled sweet potato, to his face: “I actually don’t like that. I have a feeling that there’s more concept in that sweet potato than there is gratification, except intellectually.” Dude, she’s just not that into you. [Devour.tv]
