Bars are getting in on the recession specials, too. The Anchor, the onetime hot spot that’s now a fun enough place to take over with your friends, tells us it’s launching Recession Thursdays. From 7 p.m. till 9 p.m., it’s $20 for any booze you want and all you can drink. Incidentally, we hear the owners are working on a new space nearby. More details as they emerge.
