Gilt tells us it has named Christopher Lees replacement, and true to Lees hopes, its one of his sous-chefs, Justin Bogle. Before he became executive sous at Gilt in 2006, Bogle worked with Lee at the Striped Bass. And before that, he was at another Stephen Starr joint, Alma de Cuba. Were guessing Bogle wont revamp the menu quite the way Lee did after Paul Liebrandts departure, but if it aint broke Congrats to Chef Bogle.
