Bobby Flay Has Designs on Mohegan Sun

Since we started the day with the new train to Atlantic City, why not end it with some news about Mohegan Sun? The casino’s reps tell us that Bobby Flay is opening two new restaurants there — the first, in the Casino of the Earth, will be a third location of Bobby’s Burger Palace (the others are in Long Island and New Jersey). We can only hope he’ll serve his patented chip burger there.

The second will be an outpost of Bar Americain, located in the Casino of the Sky, in the space currently occupied by Fidelia’s. When they open in summer 2009, Flay will join other distinguished restaurateurs like Michael Jordan and Jimmy Buffett.
