When Rob and Robin told us that buttermilk batter-fried chicken would be served at Buttermilk Channel, we suspected, given the current trend, that they’d be paired with waffles. Owner Doug Crowell, who was a GM at Blue Water Grill before going solo here, tells us a brunch menu is in the works, and lunch may eventually follow.
