You may have noticed, while searching for a Vietnamese or Korean spot to treat gramps to on Vets Day, that we’ve changed the functionality of our restaurant search. Now when you hover over a borough, a nifty box pops up to the right so you can choose by neighborhood and even by street. What will we think of next?! Funny enough, Brownstoner announced today that the venues featured in its “Restaurant of the Day” column are now searchable by cuisine and neighborhood. At 86 restaurants, it’s going to take them some time to catch up to our 612 Brooklyn listings (not to mention 199 bars), but congrats on a nice start.
