Tom Colicchio’s PR machine is doing its best to discredit a Times report that the chef’s new venture, TOM: Tuesday Dinner, requires diners to prepay for their $150-plus meal by credit card. Not so, according to an e-mail from Colicchio’s reps: "The restaurant requires a credit card number to make a reservation, but there is no charge.
