Tom’s Menu


The menu for tonight’s Tom: Tuesday Dinner is up. Some bold sweet-and-savory combos here: risotto with stuffed squid and cocoa nibs; ricotta-cheese gnocchi with Meyer lemon and grapefruit puree.
