During a demo at the French Culinary Institute last week, Momofuku majordomo David Chang dropped an interesting fact about the new Ssm Bar. Student Erica Beth Keller quotes Chang as saying: In our expansion of Ssm Bar we will be rebuilding the kitchen to make way for a proper pastry program. High time, too! Will there be Ssouffle? Or a Ssundae? We called Chang, but he declined to comment.
