Yesterday the Patsys in East Harlem rolled back its prices to 1933, and as you can see by the special menus cover page, the promotion was supposed to go until 10 p.m. Blondie and Brownie, however, arrived shortly after 7 p.m. only to find cops keeping out new customers. Their only hope of scoring pizza was to line up for a $1.75 slice from the takeout window. Will Patsys appease its jilted customers like Bun did? Lets hope.
