Former Top Chef contestant Sam Talbot proposed to his girlfriend, Paola Guerro, at Surf Lodge, where he’s in the kitchen these days. Considering the news was broken by People magazine (along with an exclusive photo shoot in Montauk!), this might just be a publicity ploy for the wildly hyped Hamptons restaurant and hotel, but Talbot’s affection for his Colombian-model fiancée seems genuine enough: “I'm so in love, it's unreal,” he “gushes” to People. Congrats, Sam.
