This past weekend, we dropped in to R&L; Restaurant and found not a single soul in the space, owing to the fact that it no longer belongs to Florent, and, perhaps more to the point, doesn’t have a liquor license. Eater brings word today that the transfer of the license has been blessed by Community Board 2; happyish days may soon be here again.
