After playing dress-up with chefs, Esquire further glams up the industry this month by featuring TableXchange founder Dwight Lee among “the next generation of web heavies.” Lee — who describes his startup as “an online marketplace where you can buy and sell restaurant reservations, and we take a cut of the auction price and make some money through advertising” — is photographed in a $3,265 outfit. But has he made enough off of TableXchange to afford Prada on his own? How many out there use services such as this and PrimetimeTables?
