Summer's here, and depending on where you're coming from, that might mean cold noodles, spiked Popsicles, or just the simple pleasure of sitting outside drinking cold beer. Or maybe a combination of all three. In this week's issue, Rob and Robin introduce Jean-Georges Vongerichten's latest effort, Matsugen, a soba-noodle restaurant in the space that was 66.
