Radio Perfecto Searches the Band for a New Owner

Did the fatal shooting that occurred outside of Radio Perfecto a few months ago put a damper on business? Apparently, the Columbia-area restaurant (which moved uptown from the East Village four years ago) had a slow winter break, because it’s now for sale, according to a broker’s listing. For $950,000 plus $9,300 a month you get two floors, a garden, sidewalk seats, and the Labesse Giradon rotisseries that will keep turning out the place’s signature herb chicken until a deal is made.
