Over at the Daily News, they’ve got a pretty good rundown of Valentine’s Day dining options. We’d say that author Lari Robling is bitter:
Valentine’s Day. The restaurant is totally overbooked, the kitchen staff is unhappy about the specials and your server is annoyed at having nothing but clueless deuces all night.
Yeah, damn those high-tipping two tops. Among Robling’s recommendations are gourmet Old City takeaway Fork: etc., South Philly’s Rim Cafe and the bar at the Ritz Carlton.
